This website has no forms, accounts or checkout. When you call (650) 860-1670, we collect the details you share on the call, such as your name, the service address, a call-back number and a description of the problem.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers at the start of the call.
How we use it
We use call details to dispatch a plumber, confirm the appointment, handle billing questions and improve how the line is run. Recordings are used to check call quality and train the people who answer.
We do not sell the personal information you give us on a call.
Website technology
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded map from Google Maps. Those services may receive technical data such as your IP address when the page loads. We do not run advertising pixels or user accounts on this site.
Your choices and contact
